What does an evening with Chef and Somm Dining look like?
Chef and Somm come to the hosts home after careful collaboration together over the menu and its beverage pairing. Everyone mingles while the team prepares in the kitchen, and sets the table. Dinner follows, typically 5-7 courses including dessert, with beverage pairings for each course. While you enjoy the evening, our team tends to the table for whatever needs arise while efficiently cleaning our work space. The evening doesn't end, we just leave you with satisfied appetites, a clean kitchen, and joyful memories made with loved ones.

How much does a Dinner cost?
$125-$250 per person. This includes all food and beverage. This also accommodates the Chef and Somm for all time spent shopping, researching, prepping, AND working. Each menu is at the mercy of seasonal availability, and is curated specific to our guests wants and needs.

What type of cuisine do you serve?
Everything! Chef Brannon loves to be challenged with new and unique flavors that takes him out of his comfort zone. With that being said, most dinners are curated to invoke nostalgia and/or travel inspiration. Also, when given the creative freedom to create a true "Chefs" menu, he has composed irreplaceable dining experiences for our guests.

Can we exclude the beverage pairings from the experience?
Yes, we absolutely can exclude beverage pairings.

Where do you source your meat, dairy, produce, etc?
We source all our products locally throughout Central Oregon. This means always using organic, in-season, locally grown produce and locally raised animal products.

How large of parties can be accommodated?
Parties of 6-25 can be accommodated.

Can you accommodate allergies or food sensitives?
Absolutely. We can accommodate most allergies and sensitivities.

Who's plates, glasses, tableware, etc., do you use?
We use our hosts dishes, flatware and glassware. The Chef and Somm team has plates, bowls, and flatware available to rent. Otherwise there are many local vendors in Central Oregon to rent the necessary tableware.
