
Born and raised in Bend, Oregon, Brannon Scarborough developed a deep appreciation for the kitchen early in life—drawn to the way food brings people together through aroma, artistry, and experience. His culinary journey began during his sophomore year of high school when he took his first job as a host. Shortly after, he had the opportunity to compete in a culinary competition at Central Oregon Community College, an experience that both challenged and humbled him—and solidified his passion for the craft.

Following that formative event, Brannon immersed himself in the culinary world. Over the past 13 years, he has worked in more than 10 restaurants across Bend, steadily rising through the ranks from dishwasher to lead line cook, kitchen manager, and ultimately sous chef. He has played a key role in the opening teams of several local favorites, including Monkless Belgian Ales, Rancher Butcher Chef, and BOSA Food & Drink.
Today, Brannon is the founder of Chef and Somm Dining, a venture devoted to crafting distinctive chef’s tasting experiences inspired by his passion for travel, the changing seasons, and a commitment to supporting local farmers.

McKenna Kelly, a Midwest native, moved to Bend, OR, after graduating from Missouri State University in 2016. She began her career in sales with Bargreen Ellingson before transitioning to one of Bend's top steakhouses, where she honed her skills by learning from industry veterans. McKenna’s passion for hospitality expanded as she explored craft coffee service, professional baking, and eventually founded her own mobile bartending business, Cascade Bartender Co.
With years of experience in the hospitality industry, McKenna developed a strong interest in crafting cocktails and delivering exceptional service for every occasion. In 2023, she earned her Level 1 CMS Sommelier certification and is actively working toward her Level 2. In addition, McKenna is pursuing her Master Gardener certification through Oregon State University, blending her love for Intentional hospitality with a deepening passion for horticulture.
